Processing & Handling
Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Quality Check: Each pair of sunglasses undergoes a thorough quality inspection
- Secure Packaging: Items are carefully packed in protective cases with branded packaging
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day
Cut-off Times
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST on business days to be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas & Restrictions
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping time may apply for remote locations.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with:

- Signature Required: All orders over $200 require signature confirmation
- Adult Signature: Orders over $500 require adult signature (21+)
- Safe Delivery: Packages may be left at a secure location if no one is available
- Delivery Attempts: Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts before returning to facility
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:
- Damaged Package: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours
- Missing Items: Report within 7 days of delivery
- Lost Package: We'll initiate a trace with the carrier
- Incorrect Address: Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
