30-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 30-day return window from the date of delivery. You have plenty of time to try your new Loewe sunglasses and ensure they're perfect for you.

Important: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:

Item Condition Requirements

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Protective lens films (if any) should remain on the lenses
  • Items must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
  • All accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, etc.) must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Prescription or custom-modified sunglasses

How to Initiate a Return

Starting your return is simple and hassle-free:

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Items

Carefully package your items in the original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation that came with your order.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label we provide (for domestic returns within the US). For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Send you an email confirmation once the return is approved
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will:

  • Arrange for immediate return shipping (at no cost to you)
  • Send a replacement item or provide a full refund
  • Cover all shipping costs for the exchange

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be declared as "returned goods" to avoid customs fees
  • Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
  • Original shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable

Warranty Information

All our Loewe sunglasses come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse or accidents
  • Scratches on lenses
  • Loss or theft
